Customer Service & Warranty

Custom adjustments for your system before purchase:  Odyssey amplifiers are custom built for each customer and can be voiced for your speakers and musical tastes.  Customers must provide their system information upfront to check feasibility. There is no charge for this service. 

Odyssey Product Warranty: Our warranty provides customers with peace of mind. Whenever you feel That a check-up is necessary, we will check on bias, offset, connections, and power supply. There is no charge for service for registered customers. The customer provides shipping.

Our 20-year warranty program is based on a long track record of reliability. Both Odyssey products and the German Symphonic products they are based on are designed & built to provide years of trouble-free service. With this in mind, we offer a no-nonsense standard warranty.

Coverage: 20 years for all parts. Labor is inclusive for the first 2 years, and after that time period, we’ll be charging a shop rate of $30/hour for registered customers.

The above-indicated shop rate applies to all repairs that are not covered under the terms of the standard 20-year warranty for all registered owners.

The standard 20-year warranty is transferrable to a second user only, so please keep an extra copy of the warranty registration in a safe place.
